Who We Are
We are a group of dedicated Pan-Africanist women committed to safeguarding Africa's food security. Rooted in the principles of honoring Mother Earth and serving as stewards of the land, we champion sustainable practices that benefit both the environment and our local communities.
Our approach prioritizes natural solutions and sustainable systems. We use organic compost, conserve water, and prioritize locally sourced ingredients.
By promoting Agroforestry and Permaculture, we enrich soil health and foster biodiversity. Through hands-on learning, we collaborate with the community to address shared challenges using affordable, eco-friendly methods.
Our mission is to empower women & young poultry farmers by introducing cost-effective and sustainable chicken-rearing techniques. We are dedicated to creating economic opportunities for local communities while safeguarding the environment and laying the foundation for a thriving future for generations to come.
OUR MISSION
It is our mission to provide multiple streams of economic stability to poultry women farmers, and soil management in the form of composting to the youth of Ghana.
Help Poultry Farmers Need.
According to the Ghana Ministry of Agriculture Ghana imports up to 80% of chicken meat. And in an article published online all too often imported chickens are pumped full of chemical preservatives and frozen for up to three years before being exported to Ghana.
PLUS
We focus on utilizing chickens to produce fertile compost giving farmers a unique opportunity to promote sustainable agriculture and provide a steady income thus breaking the cycle of poverty in rural Ghana.
