About Us: We are an all-women-run nonprofit organization in Ghana focused on empowering women and youth in rural areas through sustainable agriculture. Our mission is to transform chicken rearing practices to provide multiple benefits, including income generation and ecological sustainability.

Currently, we are seeking funding to establish a 2-acre permaculture training and learning center. 

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Freelance Grant Writers to join our team. The ideal candidates will research funding opportunities, prepare compelling grant proposals, and secure funding for our initiatives. This is a results-based position, with payment structured as 10% of the funds raised.
